Requirements for TTS development under Windows 7?

Hi

Could someone let me know what I need to get started to be able to
develop a text to speech synthesis server app running on IIS 7.0. I
want to be able to use windows 7 & visual studio 2008 to develop.

I have found very little information pertaining to speech SDKs for
newer versions of windows such as windows 7 and have tried to install
the speech application sdk 1.1 but that did not work for windows 7.

I just need to know where to get the SDK and some samples/tutorials to
get me started - that will run on windows 7 and VS 2008.

Speech is now a part of the Windows SDK.
