how to activate a custom grammar?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to use a custom speech recognition
grammar that I define using gc.exe? Either:

* Tell the default Vista speech recognition engine to use my grammar

* Or tell Internet Explorer or another browser to use my grammar.

I am trying to figure out how to limit recognized commands in an application
that runs in browsers (it is implemented with Adobe Flex if that matters, but
I don't think it does).

Thank you very much -- this does't seem like a complicated question but I
have spent hours looking for an answer :-(
