We have a strange phenomenon since we started working with Vss 2005:
An admin.log file appears in the 'data\loggedin' directory from
regular users (I check the owner).
There is also an unidentified process that holds this log file and the
status.dat & rights.dat files of the DB on the server.
Sometimes it gets stuck and I cannot run the analyze on the DB even
after disconnecting the share,
so it's quite a problem.
Does anyone know what causes this? Is there a way to avoid this?
