System Message 6909

I am getting a message when running the process manager "another process has already added teh soplan item" and terminates. any ideas?

No ideas of how it happens but in order to get process manager back to idle state. You need to stop it and run om integrity check. Then what i did was run rebuild inventory plan. Then start back process manager and it works fine. Still cannot figure out why it does this to start with.

I am receiving an error when running process manager in Solomon.
message is "another process has already added teh soplan item" we cannot print invoices because of this. any ideas?
