I a newbie to microsoft dynamics SL solomon.
My company wants me to create a custom screen in solomon to load some
data from a table in the database.
they said used visual studio .net and i see manuals it says use VBA.
I am so confused can you please help me
What should i use ? VBA or visual studio 5 ?
How do i create a new application :(
I would appreciate any advice

What version are you using.
I used Visual Basic 6 to create new screens in 6.5 and earlier.
Sounds like you may want to look into Transaction Import. If you are bulk loading data into an existing screen this is the best method.

consider using the Object Model. Has the same strengths as TI, but
can use a wider range of sources.
