iuident.cab not downloading

I have SUS setup and my clients connect. The log on the server appears not
to have errors. The Windows Update Log says it cannot download the
iuident.cab from my server and uses the local iuident.cab. I am assuming
this is the problem.

I did read that if you have a proxy server manually saved in IE that this
would prevent the iuident.cab from downloading. If this is the case.. how
do I go about sending proxy server info down to workstations with GPO.
Any other suggestions? Thank you.

I just tried the tool to force updates from the server and my Windows Update
Log does not have any errors and it appears the machine received the
updates. Now I am really loss as to the problem. Nothing else changed.
