WSUS is trying to apply the Silverlight feature pack install and returns the
general installer error code. Further examination has determined that it
trying to install to an AMD Athlon processor which does not support the
Silverlight requirements. Is there a way to tell the update to not install
on that particular machine? It continually keeps retrying and of course
failing. This occurs only on one machine because it is the only one with
that processor.
