Configuration manager, client push error 0x80070643

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this problem..

When attempting to push a client install from configuration manager
V.4.00.6221.1000, is returning error on XP sp2 client as listed below:

Manager V.4.00.6221.1000, is returning error on XP sp2 client as listed below:

we get that error too. Anyone have any ideas??
