can you deploy Java updates using WSUS?

We are running WSUS 3.0 SP1 and looking for a way to update Java on corporate
clients already covered by WSUS. Thank you!

Not possible with WSUS. You can deploy Java via an GPO in a Active
Directory or with a Computerstartupscript. Have a look:
