I am unable to get updates. I am also unable to install some programs, for
instance, iTunes will not update or download a new version because of this
problem.
I have done all of the troubleshooting that is given under help. I have
sent emails to Microsoft Help and sent them file after files but nothing is
working. I cannot go on like this.
What can be done to fix this?
