How to translate 38's QRYDTA to AS/400?

I need to translate a CLP38 to CLP which contains an QRYDTA statement. The
problem is that the subsystems and libraries related to System38 are not
installed.
How can I do it?
I looked for info at documentation CDs but it seems not to appear.
