AFTP through SNA server

I am looking for help to set up an AFTP process. The sending
side is an OS/390 operating system running VTAM 4.4. The mainframe
is connected to a 3174 11L running level C software and is channel
attached.

The receiving side is an MS SNA 4.0 server with the Service pack 2 on
it.
I am having trouble with the configurations on all sides, the mainframe
shows an active session and the SNA shows an active session but I cannot
seem to run an APPC test to let the two talk to each other. I would
like to talk to some-one that may have made this connection already.
