I am running SNA Server 4 with SP4 installed and I am having
difficulty setting up a new LU configuration. Under properties in the
Advanced tabbed there is a dropdown for 'Implicit Incoming Remote LU'
which I can't manually add from I must select from the list. I am
trying to find out how this dropdown gets populated since the region I
am looking for is not there yet others are.

That value is not usually needed as it refers to a inbound attach, just in
case the attach does not specify the LU. That said, the LU will show in the
dropdown if it is configured on the local LUs tab.
