Hi everyone. Can someone please help me how to set up HIS so that I can

Hasan - you can't - the admin tools are an MMC snap-in.
What you could do is activate terminal services on the HIS server and then
terminal service into the box via IE and the terminal-services active-x plug-in.
(Or just install terminal services client on your pc).
Or just install HIS client/admin tools on your pc.
