Remote client AGent not installed

Hi All
I have set up my sms server 2003 and i am unable to start remote tools; i
have already enabled it. My MP logs are showing that it ran ok and installed.
I am able to see the computer that i want to remote too on my collection. I
used active directory as the discovery method. Lastly, i am able to rdp to
this computer too.
I have also opened the sms ports on my windows firewall;
Any help will be appreciated.
