How can i get the latest version of wsusscn2.cab

My sms 2003 server can not get online, so i downloaded wsusscn2.cab manually
last week. I know Microsoft release security updates quite often, so if i get
the latest of wsusscn2.cab, how can i apply it to my sms server, thank you.

Now that you have the latest .cab file, here's whay I would do:

-in your console, locate the advertisement which normally does the Scan--the
ITMU Scan advertisement targetted (normally) to all of your computers.
Determine the Package for that Advertisement.
- Go find that Package, and look the properties of that--figure out the
Source of that package.
- Go look at that Package source, and find where the (old) wsusscn2.cab file
is located. Before copying in the new one, right-click the new one,
properties, and make sure you "unblock" it if by chance the downloading it
from the internet put that block stuff on the file. Then copy it in,
replacing the old wsusscn2.cab file.
- Back in the Console, Update all DPs (not refresh) for the Scan Package.

When the DPs are updated, and the clients pick up the modified policy
telling them there's a new DP version, they'll begin using the updated .cab
file during scan.
