I am managing a SCCM-2007 system which is a closed system, i.e. there is a
massive Intranet but no Internet access. My question is: Is it possible to
hack a config or a regestry setting to for ce the SCCM SUP Server Role to
pull from a central WSUS Server that is not part of the SCCM SIte. I have
found that the SUP Server is by default, pulling from Microsoft Windows
Update.

No, you're only option is to use manual export/import option.
