Unable to download EULA SCCM/WSUS

Hi everybody,

I have SCCM, central and primary site. Both of them are SUP. The
Central one synchronize from Microsoft and the primary is a downstream
server.

My issue is that my clients don´t install updates with EULAs. All the
licences are acepted in both levels, central and primary. I can deploy
any update without any problem but if the update contains and EULA I
always receive the same error:

In the WindowsUpdate.log in C:\windows:
2008-07-03 15:27:10:713 1912 d0c COMAPI WARNING:
ISusInternal::GetEulaText failed, hr=80240033

In the UpdatesHandler in the CCM\logs folder:
Failed to initiate install of WSUS updates, error = 0x80240033

The error code = 0x80240033 is unable to download the EULA.

I´ve look for them in the WSUSContent folder and the EULAs have been
downloaded.
