silent install of a msi

Hi,

A vendor has provided me with a MSI of a active X control plugin. I want to
be able to deploy this silently and without a reboot. So far I have put the
msi in the "package source file" folder on our sms server. I have limited
experience building packages, so i require a little hand holding. What and
where do i put the switches? We have a single site with only one management
point.
