Warning deatils are as below,
"Configuration Manager Active Directory schema extensions are not required,
for site server installation, but are recommended to fully support the use of
all Configuration Manager features"
what could be the reason or it is bug in these binaries?
Thanks in advance

How can we increase logging level, specially for prerequisite check process.
So one can ideitfy the issue where is this process failing? I checked the log
file "configMgrPrereq.log" but it does not give much useful information.

Vinayak

> I am using SCCM SP1 (slipstream version) for fresh SCCM installation
I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to install SCCM2007 SP1 on a W2008
64bit Enterprise version server and I've successfully extended the schema and
I've set the security rights as well. What I tried though is to run the
Prerequisite checker from the domain controller to my (going to be) SCCM
machine and then the Schema check runs ok! So there seems to be some problem
here with how the schema is checked for functionality. What Server-OS are you
trying to install SCCM on?
(I've installed SCCM on W2003 three times before but I've never seen this
problem until now so I'm wondering if it's something with W2008...)
