Software metering reports

Hello!
I am new to SQL (read no clue at all where to start) and am trying to get
two of the supplied reports in SMS 2003 together with some mods. Is there
anywhere I can download premade queries/reports or do I have to try learning
SQL (crash course style)?

Here is what I'm trying to get:
"Users that have run a specific metered software program"
and
"Time of day usage summary for a specific metered software program"

What I need is everything from the "Users..." report along with just the
actual time of day usage from the other one for each user..
I would also like it to pull all of the metered software instead of just one
at a time. I only have 6 but don't want to have to run each one everytime I
need it.
And if possible, the entire year instead of just a month at a time. So it
would only ask for the year, and then just do the rest.
