The general server backup never finishes because apparently there are
million of files in th inbox. I am not experienced with the back end
as I mainly just deploy packages. Can anyone tell me what we need to
do to stop this issue?
You may want to open a call with Microsoft; alternatively, which inbox is
backlogged? perhaps there is a known issue that we could help lead you to a
solution to eliminate the backlog, and potentially determine how that backlog
was created, so you can prevent it in the future.
