SCCM 2007 Collections Client = Yes keeps changing to NO

Im having a problem with my collections. I manually verified over 300
servers had the Configuration Manager Client (version 4.00.6221.1000). After
I verfied the clients were installed properly, I view the all systems
collection and the clients reflected the Client = Yes Approved = Yes,
Assigned = Yes and Blocked = No. When I came in this morning they all
reflected Client = No Approved = Yes, Assigned = Yes and Blocked = No.

I did verify that I dont have the "Clear Install Flag" task is not enabled.
Does anyone know how this happens?

I think I found the answer. We had disabled the Heartbeat discovery method
and this is the only one that reflects the IsClient = YES .We will see if
this fixes the problem.
