SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER Error

I've been teaching myself SMS2003 and after over coming several
issues, I've encountered one that I just can't seem to fix on my own.
I'm unable to push a package out. As a test, I choose something simple
like Firefox. I created the package, copied the files to the
distribution directory, created the package and I've been getting the
following error in the SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER.
SMS Distribution Manager failed to process package "FireFox" (package
ID = S0000006). See previous messages for further clarification about
this problem.
SMS Distribution Manager is starting to distribute package "FireFox"
to distribution point

I've included portions of the sitecomp.log and the distmgr.log below.
the distmgr.log has an entry that the share name is invalid but I
don't see how or why. I know that I can change the name of the share
but I can access this share from the client and install manually.
Any help where I can continue to resolve this issue would be most
appreciated.
