Virtual Lab, can SCCM 2007 RTm support virtual OSs?

Just setup my virtual lab using VS 2005. My entire domain is virtual
with the host being a standalone server.

Trying to find out how to install SCCM client onto my DC. I checked
the option to support DC's but it still fails to install as the log
file says this is not a supported OS.
Is SCCM RTM not able to see the OS as being 2003 server cause it's
virtual? How do I get the client to install on a virtual OS then?

I have installed SCCM 2007 SP1 and successfully deployed SCCM 2007 clients to
virtual machines with out any problem. I guess the Windows Server 2003
servers should be atleast SP1.
