Problems with SMS client install HELP

Folks, i am in need of some help, i am deploying the adv client through AD
with script, on a very small number of machines the install is failing. after
the install fails it leaves only the wmibackup.mof file in the CCM dir. below
is a cut from the client logs.

Tom, thanks for your reply. My problem turned out to be an incorrect value
set for the system varibles TEMP and TMP. set them back to the defaults and
everything is fine
