CETK test in windows mobile

Hi All,
I am using CETK test tool for windows mobile. when i am trying to use tux command in mobile (type tux in command prompt) got an error message "The file 'tux' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file."
Can you please tell me how should i solve this problem?
