Is it possible to set the active profile from code? If so, how?

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

there isn't an API, you need to use keybd_event()

Hi riki,

Thanks for responding :)

I am guessing that I need to launch the quickapp.exe first? But, isn't there
no guaranteed that each different device will have the "Silent" profile
listed at selection "2", so how can I reliably switch profiles on different
smartphones?

Try calling DMProcessConfigXml and passing it the following xml:

<wap-provisioningdoc>
<characteristic type="Registry">
<characteristic type="HKCU\ControlPanel\Profiles">
<parm name="ActiveProfile" value="Silent"/>
</characteristic>
</characteristic>
</wap-provisioningdoc>

Hey Alex,

It changes the value of the registry key, but unfortunately, the OS doesn't
change the profile mode :(

Thanks anyway.

There is a software named Autoflight v2.2.3 which can switch profiles,
such as flight on/off and silent/normal via automatically operating
Quick List at scheduled time.
