This NG is really for older versions of SBS
How many nics in your SBS server?   Did it have ISA installed?
Why did you replace the SBS server?

I have recently installed a new std 2003 server to replace my old 2000 and
2003 sbs servers.

The SBS was DC, mail etc and everything has now been moved to the new server.

I want to remove the old servers, but when the SBS is shut down I loose web
access for everyone in the company. I can ping and RDP externally, but I cant
access webpages.

Since the "grace" periode has expired on the sbs and it automaticly shuts
down every hour it is getting a little annoying.

I have web access on the new 2003 server, but all clients loose access.

Any ideas what I am missing?
