sbs2003 std. remote web workplace questions

Machines have been replaced on the network and the old pc names and new pc
names show up on the connect to workstation field. How can i remove the old
pc names from that field?
Second question:
Not all of the user logins show the email link on there main page. some have
it, some dont. I re-ran the Connect to internet wizard and it has not
re-appeard on there remote web workplace site. How can i get this back?

to remove the old computer accounts that are no longer in use

 

Go to the SBS console and remove them under "Computers"

 

Make sure that all users are members of the Remote Web Workplace group
