Migrating Site Server website

I have been charged with migrating a Legacy Site Server site over to
regular ASP site with NT/Authentication. Unfortuanately I have never
worked on Site Server.

The existing site primarily uses the Authenticention portion of Site
Server. Hopefully it should be as easy as creating the Site Server
accounts on the new system.

My problem is the Edit button on Directory Security tab for the
websites is greyed out. How do I find out which users/groups are
allowed to see what content?
