Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 80029c4a' -IT's BACK AGIAN!!

I am having problems getting the sample stores to operate propery an error
is occuring when trying to access the basket.asp file. The error is
occuring in the util.asp function UtilRunPipe(file, orderForm, pipeContext)
when executing "set pipeline =
Server.CreateObject("Commerce.MtsPipeline")".

The problem was temporarily fixed by configuring the MTS
CommercePipelineComoponents Identity to a local administrator account and
setting the DNS to use TCP/IP. But after reseting the server the poblem
reappeared and the settings are the same.

No messages are appearing in the Message Log.

I also get the following error when trying to enter a store. It goes away
after I enter the Store Manager.

Make sure everyone has read and execute permissions to the dll's in
the Site Server/bin directory.
