IFilter for *.zip files

To all,

Does anyone know if there is an IFilter available for ZIP files or does
anyone know if Sharepoint and the indexing service can search ZIP files?

Currently there is no Ifilter for .zip files. Microsoft
is considering adding this in V2 of SPS.

Check Windows XP. It searches within ZIP files. That means you could
probably reuse that.
