I'm unsure what's the best method to store 100's of dossiers (varying from a
few to hundreds of documents). Each dossier has his own meta-information
(such as dossiernr, projectleader, dossiername, start/end date, etc.). Every
year there are appr. 500 new dossiers and the old ones should be accessible
for 10 years.
An area-structure with subarea's seems a logical place. Than the dossiers
are nicely grouped, searchable and you can access them from your Explorer.
What are the experiences with this setup? Is it better to use WSS sites?
