How to upload indexed .pdf files in document library?

Hi,
I’m trying to upload a book in to the document library. The book means that
I have a first document called Table_of _Content.pdf, click each Chapter in
this document, the first page of the chapter is opened and each page in this
chapter is listed on the left side of the document as bookmarks. The
structure of the documents in my local directory is that I have the Table_of
_Content.pdf and 10 sub_directories for 10 chapters, and in each
sub_directory, I have many .pdf files as each pages in this chapter.

How can I upload this indexed documents with sub_folders to the document
