hi,

In my current STS1.0 environment, I have two sharepoint
servers setup, serverA and serverB. The problem I'm
having is trying to migrate sharepoint data to serverA
from serverB. Everytime, during the process of migrating
the subweb using FrontPage, the FrontPage complaints about,
"The operation failed because an unexpected error
occurred. (Result Code: 0x800704c7)"

Is this because I have "Microsoft Project Server"
installed along with my "STS 1.0" under the same server,
ServerB? Is there a way to go about this issue?

It depends on which version of Project Server you are using.

Proj Serv 2003 includes WSS so there would be a conflict.

Proj Serv 2002 includes it's own customized version of STS v1 so there would
be a conflict.

Earlier versions of Project Server if they exist do not as far as I know use
STS and there ought thus to be no conflict with them
