Hello,
I have found the FAQ and some posts dealing with this issue, however,
when I follow the steps outlined in the FAQ I am still unable to enter a
date with format YYYY/MM/DD, my newly created subweb will only accept the
American format of MM/DD/YYYY. Any thoughts/ideas on what I should do?

Thanks,

Troy.

This FAQ item is one that has been proven over the years (ok, months). It
does work.

We've sometimes had people like you now come back and say that they've
followed the FAQ and it still doesn't work. More often than not this has
been because they have changed one of the two settings you need to change
rather than both.

I'm not suggesting that this is what has happened in your case necessarily
but it's worth checking that both theses changes have taken.

If that is not it, perhaps the add-on question - are you only having a
problem with entering dates or are they being shown wrongly too ? might help
us to get closer.

Please come back after checking that the changes to the server have taken.
