Can't upload or create new Documents with Shared Documents

I successfully setup Sharepoint and had everything working but then found out
FrontPage and Sharepoint can't coexist on the same virtual server. I created
a new virtual server and extended it but now I cannot upload or create new
docs. When I try, it prompts for a username and password. When I enter it it
appears to take it but the upload never finishes.

I have frontpage 2002 running on the previous virtual server now. I think
I've tried everything. I have full Admin rights in both Sharepoint and NTFS.

In addition, here is the error I get after the upload finally times out:
The location of my site is http://sharepoint/LeadershipLibrary which I can
access with no problem.

I just noticed I'm getting the following in my event log each time I try to
upload:

Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.0, stamp 3e8000e6, faulting
