Config Wizard Fails on step 5 - System.IO.FileNotFoundException

Single Server Basic Install of Project Server 2007 installs successfully, but
when running the Sharepoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard,
it continues to fail with the following event in the Application log:

Many years later lol, did you ever find a resolution to this issue? Anyone? Kind of stuck here.

Aha, I found the issue was search was stuck in a starting state. Had to delete and recreate the search db, then resetup search and it resolved the issue. Hopefully this will help someone else out in the future, or maybe me 3 years from now lol
