Ordering folders, docs in Library

I am trying to sort documents AHEAD of folders in a library. For
example, I want an “Archive” folder to be listed last ALWAYS. Are you
aware of a way to accomplish this? Documents will regularly roll from
the the same levelas teh Archive folder into the Archive, so modified
date doesn’t work. I also created a custom column called on “Display
Order” that works fine with documents but NOT folders.
