Page Viewer Web Part Cannot Display Web Page

I want to display this web page in a SharePoint Page Viewer Web Part:
http://nfpacodesonline.org
but I get message: "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page".

I can view this page from a regular browser (IE 7, IE 8 or Firefox)
but not thru a Page Viewer Web part.
Is there a limitation of the page viewer web part - can it only
display certain types of web pages?
I am running MOSS 2007 on windows 2003 server.

Check the Link field of the Page Viewer Web Part admin panel. SharePoint has
a nasty habit of adding "http://" to the front of the URL, so you have to
manually delete it. Once I did this, it worked fine in WSS and should work
in MOSS.
