There are a couple of new SharePoint products - SharePoint Portal Server
2003 and Windows SharePoint Services.

Windows SharePoint Services comes closest to your description of
"windows2003 has a built in sharepoint" as it is available (free) as a
add-on download for installation in Windwos 2003 Server. (or Enterprise
Server)

You could do worse than to go to the WSS FAQ site at wss.collutions.com

First read the general introduction (Section O) and then go to the Useful
Documents section and under that the MS Articles section (click on the words
"MS Articles" to open as full screen.

There you will find a link to the download of the product and also links to
several introductory articles from Microsoft; the Admin
Guide and so on.
