Hi,
I have created a SharePoint 2013 Farm with numerous AOAG spread across 2 frams, one for Prod and the other as a DR.
When I build out the DR Farm is it possible for the DR farm to use the same service Applications DB's already created in Prod or does the DR Farm have to have it's own separate App DB's?
The DR Farm is it's own Farm but does not talk to Prod at all for obvious reasons. but the Service app DB's get replicated across the AOAG which span the DR Farm.
Any help greatly appreciated. I am inclined to think that the DR Farm has to have it's Service App DB's but it the way that our SQL sme has set it up.
