Extender Controls May not be Registered before PreRender

Hi,
I am using Extender Control for Calendar from AJAX Control
toolkit in a User Control(ascx), It works fine in ASP.Net Environment,
but When i try to implement it in a MOSS 2007 Site, I get the
following Error.

"Extender Controls May not be Registered before PreRender"

I tried the solutions available over the web(Calling base
Prerender method ) but they arent the solution for this case, Please
do help me to solve this issue.

Note : Same thing(Calendar Extender) works fine in few user controls
& shows the above error in other user controls....
