MOSS 2007 Survey "Export to Spreadsheet" and View options missing - please help

Appreciate any help please - a user set up a survey - she found later the Export option is missing.
I had a look and found the Read access option is set to - Only their own, all else was the same as her other surveys, which have the export option, any ideas out there please :S
