When I try to sign out of Hotmail, I always get the message below. How can I
sign out successfully? I've followed the link but can't discern what it's
asking me to do...

Thank you,
Heidi

Signing out

You're signing out of the following sites:

Hotmail
Microsoft with a Microsoft® Passport

If we can sign you out of a site, appears next to its name. If we cannot
sign you out of a site, appears next to its name.

If we couldn't sign you out of a site, click Try Again to try signing out
again.

When you're done, click Done.

(when I click "Try Again" it sends me here:

I am not sure what your problem is but see the link below on Hotmail and the
section on support for hotmail. You can also try sup...@hotmail.com to
contact them. --- Steve

I too get that message and here it is a month AFTER it occurred to you.
Evidently the gremlins at MSN Hotmail are at work again. Will support ever
look at these chats or the e-mails requesting a fix?? I'm holding my breath.
Again, if you find a fix, I surely would like to know.

What browser are you using? I've been manually clearing cookies in
Mozilla for about 3 weeks now and it works every time. In fact, only 2
cookies need to be deleted. One passport .net and one passport.com.
All the others are end of session cookies and can be safely ignored.
