dllhost.exe is a part of the Microsoft Windows Operating System. The
dllhost.exe file manages DLL based applications. This program is important
for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be
terminated.

HOWEVER!

Make sure the process running is located here c:\windows\System32. Other
instances will most likely be crapware.

You said process, but if it is startup it may be either of these...
1. For Gilat Communications internet satellite systems - associated with
SkyBlaster modem. Required if you have this system (good)
2. LZIO.com adware downloader (bad)

If you can't determine if this is a valid process, I would run your viral
and non- viral software (adaware, spybot, and an AV)
