Reporting spoofed e-mails

I too have received a very well designed spoof email
supposedly from microsoft.

Apparently there is no way to inform microsoft of the
spoof so they can take action against the perpetrator.
At the very least they are looking at trademark
infringement since the Microsoft logos are used
throughout the e-mail...
