We get the following error in in the system event.
We are running windows server 20003, and we have a primary
domain controller, which have no errors at all.
The belowed mentioned computer is a BDC in our domain.
The error means that our securtiy policies not is applied
to the user when they log on to hostserv02

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Kerberos
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4
Date: 07-07-2003
Time: 08:32:26
User: N/A
Computer: HOSTSERV02
Description:
The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error
from the server host/hostserv02.npkhosting.local. The
target name used was ldap/hostserv1.npkhosting.local. This
indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos
service ticket is different than that on the target
server. Commonly, this is due to identically named
machine accounts in the target realm (NPKHOSTING.LOCAL),
and the client realm. Please contact your system
administrator.

Can anybody help?

Ask your system administrator to delete the workstation account in the
domain and re-create it. That might help.
