Were you expecting to connect to MSN or HOTMAIL support here?

We need to know, as a minimum--what kind of account, with what service, you
are having trouble with--and then you need to call support for that service.

I have the same issue when logging in to my hotmail account, It started with
someone taking over my ebay account, and now I can not get in to hotmail. I
have tried changing my password but it looks like some one changed my secret
question as well....HELP!!!!

Those are the avenues you need to pursue.

These newsgroup are for security-related peer-to-peer support of Microsoft
software products. We can't help except in very general ways with problems
with MSN or Hotmail operational issues.
